Hey, Yall, it's Momma Bigfoot here. Bet ya didn't know I was a writer! It is true, writing is one of my favorite things to do. There is nothing like a good story to let your mind wander through. My great adventures are found in books. Reading has not always been one of my favorite things and was very much a struggle. I have a learning disability called dyslexia and it comes with a friend called dysgraphia. Basically, it means that I don't see letters or numbers correctly, I read slowly, and my handwriting is worse than a toddler. I absolutely hated going to school! It was embarrassing to have to read out loud and double embarrassing for anyone to have to read my writing. I had a teacher tell me I was stupid and would never amount to anything because I didn't read well and my writing was so bad. I let that bother me for years and it wasn't until my kids were going through testing for dyslexia and dysgraphia that I found out I was undiagnosed with both.
It wasn't until Middle Little Bigfoot came home crying and said he was stupid and couldn't learn that I knew I had to do something. So I sat out on a mission to write a book. Before I knew it I had written two books, "Tank" and "What Did Ralphie See" as a way to show him that you can do anything you set your mind to do. Don't ever let the world tell you, you can't! You are only limited by you!

With Love,
Momma Bigfoot
Ralphie is a mischievous little boy who doesn't like the outdoors. He tries to do everything he can to stop the family camping trip but fails and is dragged to the woods kicking and screaming. It doesn't take long for him to see a mysterious critter, but everyone says it's just his imagination.
This is the story of how one fuzzy little raccoon found his way into our hearts. He started out scared, alone, and wondering what was going on. The man with the beard takes him on a journey to his new home. At first, he is frightened, but soon settles in and becomes part of the family.
